Before I purchased a used vehicle from them, they agreed to repair the issue with the check engine light. It turned out the car needed a new timing belt. I have been SO extremely happy with Smith Ford in Plainview! They are responsive and easy to work with. They pick my truck up for service (even though I am 23 miles away) and bring it back the same day. My favorite part is that they wash it every time (except one time when the wash guy had to leave early) so they bring it back to me in better shape than when they picked it up! I highly recommend their service department!!!

I love taking my car for service at Smith Auto in Plainview. They always do a thorough job with my Lincoln MJX. Very good service and friendly atmosphere .
I needed a truck quick and they got one for me. Monthly payment is much higher than I wanted but it’s a nice truck. It was delivered to my house on a Saturday. Had a full tank but I had to go get DEF for it before taking it for a test drive. Still can’t use the truck for my business because the gooseneck hitch from my old truck is different from my new truck. Ordered one for it and it’s expected to be delivered today.
