I have been SO extremely happy with Smith Ford in Plainview! They are responsive and easy to work with. They pick my truck up for service (even though I am 23 miles away) and bring it back the same day. My favorite part is that they wash it every time (except one time when the wash guy had to leave early) so they bring it back to me in better shape than when they picked it up! I highly recommend their service department!!!

I'm a rideshare driver. So I'm often seeing these guys for my oil changes. I'm grateful that these guys even help keep me safe on the road by pointing out little details that can be worse. Slow tire leak etc etc. Issue fixed I always leave confident knowing I'm back on the road safely.

I love taking my car for service at Smith Auto in Plainview. They always do a thorough job with my Lincoln MJX. Very good service and friendly atmosphere .
I needed a truck quick and they got one for me. Monthly payment is much higher than I wanted but it’s a nice truck. It was delivered to my house on a Saturday. Had a full tank but I had to go get DEF for it before taking it for a test drive. Still can’t use the truck for my business because the gooseneck hitch from my old truck is different from my new truck. Ordered one for it and it’s expected to be delivered today. My personal interaction at Smith family ford with young Mr.Raible was very good, and what impressed me most was the honesty of him and the mechanics there. Everyone at Smith ford was was very nice and helpful. I was however a little disappointed in the diagnosis process of problem . What was a 3,000.00 job turned out to be just a stuck part . The cost was just 89.00 . I don’t always go with just computer diagnostic finding. However everyone was very nice and helpful..
I called in with a car problem to make an appointment and I got one. I was given a heads up that they were on their way to make the appointed time to pick up the car and they did. My instructions were to replace or remove the problem. But Smith did instead is repair it and the bill was negligible. This is the place to go to I always go to Smith to get a professional treatment and a professional repair.

We weren’t planning on a new car today but somehow we are leaving with one. The old car needed more repairs than it’s worth and would most likely need more repairs in the future. Drove from out of state because they had the rare truck I wanted. Garrett and the other young salesman were very down to earth, explained everything clearly, and even gave me a discount due to me losing my last vehicle in a natural disaster. The only reason I'm taking 1 star off is because there was an issue with the DMV in my home state and the title paperwork/payment they sent in. However, all I did was shoot Garrett a text and he got this resolved for me.
